The University of Utah, located in Salt Lake City, Utah, appears to be a large school, offering many undergraduate and graduate programs. The homepage for the university is unfortunately very text-heavy, meaning that students must hunt for the information they need.
The university website contains many links to external sites, focused on international student scholarship resources. This is a hint that perhaps this university does not offer any international scholarships of its own. That doesn't mean you shouldn't at least take a look at the resources that are available on the site---perhaps one of them will meet your needs perfectly!

Cleveland State University, Ohio. . . . . .
Cleveland State University is located in the city of Cleveland, Ohio. The graduate programs page indicates a wide variety of master's and doctoral degrees, as does the undergraduate programs page.
The CSU website has links to several scholarship programs focused toward international students, as well as for students in either Business Administration or Engineering programs. It appears that many of the links take students to other websites, such as International Scholarships online, and student loan organizations. This seems a bit confusing, and these external links should probably have been placed on a separate page, to ensure that students are aware that these are not CSU-sponsored scholarships.

Campbellsville University, Kentucky . . . . .
Campbellsville University is located, as you may have guessed, in Campbellsville, Kentucky. This appears to be a religion-based university, and this is reflected in some of the graduate programs available to students. The university does offer a wide array of undergraduate programs, in which Business Administration is included.
While the school itself is small, its choice of international scholarships is quite large, judging by the website. This may be a school at which an international may want to begin (perhaps with ESL studies) and then transfer to a larger institution.

University of Iowa, Iowa City. . . . .
The University of Iowa at Iowa City is a very large university, with about 29,000 students. International students make up 7% of the student body, which is a very high percentage. As you would expect of such a large university, there are many degree programs offered at both the undergraduate and graduate level, including Engineering, Business Administration, and Computer Science.
The university offers a comprehensive, well-organized page relevant to international students looking for funding. The funding sources are broken down for students depending on level of study (undergraduate, graduate, etc). The site even has a link for external funding sources (scholarships not associated with the university), which is unusual.

Mercer University. . . .
Mercer University is located in Macon, Georgia. According to the website, "The University has 7,300 students; 11 schools and colleges – liberal arts, law, pharmacy, medicine, business, engineering, education, theology, music, nursing and continuing and professional studies; major campuses in Macon and Atlanta; four regional academic centers across the state; a university press; two teaching hospitals; educational partnerships with Warner Robins Air Logistics Center in Warner Robins and Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta; an engineering research center in Warner Robins; a performing arts center in Macon; and a NCAA Division I athletic program. "
There are a wide variety of scholarships and grants available through this private university. The International Programs office has its own website, and contains information about orientation, employment, and immigration regulations.

Texas State University, San Marcos. . . .
TSU, San Marcos is a very large campus of the Texas State University system. As such, the school offers many bachelor's level, master's level and even doctoral programs. Fields such as Business Administration, Computer Science, and Engineering are well represented.
There are scholarships available to both new and continuing international students, according to the website. Importantly, the site indicates that an international student who is awarded a scholarship of $1,000 or more may be eligible to pay in-state tuition! This alone could save thousands of dollars!

State University of New York, Plattsburgh. . . .
SUNY, Plattsburgh is one of several campuses in the State University of New York system. While there appears to be a fairly wide array of degree programs at the undergraduate level (including Business Administration and Computer Science), the choices at the graduate level are meager at best.
There appear to be two types of scholarships specifically for international students: one for incoming freshmen, and one for transfer students. One of the links that seems most helpful to prospective international students is the chance for an online 'chat' with an international student advisor.

State University of New York, at Brockport. . . . .
SUNY, Brockport is located in the state of New York. The school offers a fairly good selection of majors at both the undergraduate and graduate level, including Computer Science and Business Administration. I did not see degrees specific to Engineering, although that could be contained in the Computer Science field, in some instances.
The SUNY, Brockport website contains a link to scholarships specifically for international students, of which there appear to be four. The scholarships are renewable, which means that each year of study, the student may receive funding (depending on whether they've continued to meet scholarship requirements).

Columbia College, Chicago. . . . . .
Columbia College, located in Chicago, Illinois (note: this is NOT Columbia University, in New York City) offers a great selection of both undergraduate and graduate programs. Unfortunately, there do not seem to be the types of programs that most international students are interested in: for example, I don't see any technical degrees, such as Computer Science, and no Engineering programs either.
The college offers information regarding a few different scholarships designed for international students, although they are primarily off-campus resources. Meaning, the college doesn't appear to offer a scholarship under its own name.

Illinois Wesleyan University. . . .
Illinois Wesleyan University is located in Bloomington, Illinois. It offers undergraduate programs only, no graduate programs at all. This isn't necessarily a drawback, since an international student could easily finish a bachelor's degree at Illinois Wesleyan and then transfer to another institution for a master's degree or Ph.D. program.
It appears that Illinois Wesleyan offers merit based scholarships to international students in amounts ranging from $3,000 to $18,000 per year. Merit-based means that the student's test scores, grades, and possibly letters of recommendation. These are variables that students need to be considering early in their education, so when they are ready, their scholarship applications show them in the best light. . . .

Nelnet. . . . scholarship site for international students. . . .
Nelnet is a site which allows students, including international students, to register to search a database of more than 420,000 scholarship opportunities. It is a private site, so by registering, you will probably receive advertisements in your email box or by snail mail concerning different products and schools. But if you don't mind that, this site appears to be a very good one!
In addition to funding information, Nelnet allows prospective students to search for programs and majors, both undergraduate and graduate, that appeal to them. This seems like a great resource for students who don't want to search the internet for hours looking for that perfect program.

Southern Arkansas University. . . .
Southern Arkansas University is located in the town of Magnolia, Arkansas. It appears to have a very comprehensive site devoted to international student issues, including scholarship information.
There appear to be a great number of undergraduate programs offered. However, the choices of major at the graduate level are limited, with the only technical degree offered being one on Computer Information Systems.

Louisiana State University. . . Baton Rouge
Louisiana State University has a campus in Baton Rouge. The International Student Services office contains great links to admissions information, visa and immigration regulations, and also student employment. The university offers graduate and undergraduate programs in Business Administration, Computer Science and Engineering, as well as in other Engineering programs.
International student scholarships are available, although they are limited. Therefore, an international student should seek to apply to the university early enough to be considered for any awards. This section of the LSU website has a listing of all of the scholarship opportunities available to international students, and is quite comprehensive.

EduPASS: The Smart Student Guide
EduPASS is a great website, focused on interational students who are just beginning to think about studying in the U.S. There are sections devoted to Admissions Requirements, Scholarship Searches, and Learning English as a Second Language (ESL).
In addition, prospective international students can learn about such topics as how to obtain a student (F1) visa, life in the United States, and other issues.
This appears to be a non-profit site, which means that there is a minimum of spam, pop-up ads, and other advertising. Definitely a recommended site.

University of Arizona--Tucson
The University of Arizona is located in Tucson, Arizona. There is a great information page created especially for prospective international students, which includes information about the university, about the Tucson area, and about graduate and undergraduate programs.
There are a limited number of scholarships available, and students must apply to the university to be considered.
